Layered corned beef and potatoes with caramelized onions

Ingredients

  1/2 pound sliced corned beef
  4 Idaho potatoes peeled and cut in circles, around a 1/4 inch thick
  2 large onions cut and diced
  1/8 tsp salt
  1/8 tsp pepper
  1 tsp granulated garlic
  1/4 tsp paprika
  1/4 cup oil
  saute onions until golden brown

Directions

1. In 8-inch tin, brush oil on bottom layer, put potatoes in, mix in salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, sprinkle on top of potatoes.
2. Put some caramelized onions on top.
3. Then put corned beef on.
4. Repeat process until all of potatoes, corned beef, onions are used up.
5. Bake for one hour at 325 degrees and serve.
