Whole grilled spiced chicken with vegetables

Ingredients

  1 medium whole chicken uncut
  1 large Idaho potato peeled and diced
  1 medium sweet potato peeled and diced
  1 yellow zucchini cut in same size as potatoes
  1 medium onion diced
  5 cloves garlic whole

Directions

1. Put whole chicken on grill.
2. Turn every 5-7 minutes until each side of chicken has been on grill.
3. This whole process takes around 30 minutes.
4. Take off grill, mix vegetables together, add spices- salt, garlic, pepper, and stuff inside chicken cavity.
5. Put chicken in 9x13 pan dark-side up.
6. Cover with foil and bake for an hour and 15 minutes, then cover with your favorite duck sauce.
